By accessing or using the HairPaired mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.
HairPaired is a mobile application that helps users identify hair care products compatible with their hair porosity type. The app provides product compatibility scores (Green, Yellow, or Red) based on ingredient analysis and user-provided hair characteristics. The service includes barcode scanning, product recommendations, and scan history tracking.

HairPaired offers both free and paid subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through your app store account (Google Play or Apple App Store). You will be charged at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
All payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made through your respective app store in accordance with their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.

HairPaired is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the use of products recommended through the app.
The HairPaired app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by HairPaired and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other information to us, you grant HairPaired a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such content into our services without compensation to you.
HairPaired is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairPaired and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill resulting from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HairPaired and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
